The admin staff are very rude and unprofessional. I took their service for more than 4 years for my son. But they showed very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude at the end. No more dealings with them.

Tutors constantly changed, which was not helpful, over charged for tutoring and took 3 months and huge amount of messages to get a part refund, still kept some of my money , would not recommend, dishonest, some tutors very poor for the money , lessons often cut short , have to pay upfront then they tell you they are going to be away for 3 weeks once they’ve taken your money !!! When I ask for my money they say GOODNIGHT !!! Great company
