BIO

I am a private tutor specialising in Physics and Maths at A-level, and Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology at GCSE. I have taught Physics and Maths at an International College at Pre-University level (A level) in the last eleven years. Currently, I am teaching Physics at KS5 (A level) at a comprehensive secondary school in West London.

As a private tutor, I believe in a trusting relationship between myself, and my tutee as I am always honest and transparent to them. With an excellent subject knowledge and diverse teaching experience, I can identify gaps in my students’ knowledge and skill set and adapt my tutoring strategy to help them reach their full potential. I also motivate my tutees in their study and demonstrate how both Mathematics and Physics are beautiful and easy to learn.

I am a graduate in Applied Physics & Electronics, and I have been teaching A-level Physics & Mathematics for more than 20 years with excellent results. During this time, I have helped hundreds of students improve their grades and get admitted into top universities including Oxford and Cambridge. I am passionate about teaching and learning and I enjoy my work thoroughly in both classroom and online.

I always pay attention to my students’ needs and teach them taking their experience into consideration to make the learning meaningful. If someone is looking for tuition to prepare themselves for exams, then my key focus is always exam style questions, time management and prioritising questions.

I also have experience of working as a Physics Examiner for some exam boards, so I am familiar with the assessment structure and their mark schemes, which has enabled me to teach my students how to answer questions appropriately to maximise their score.

Finally, I always take pride in helping people achieving their potential.

I did a PhD in new algorithm for template formation and matching in automatic fingerprint recognition at Brunel University, UK – School of Engineering & Design.

I hope you will consider me in your search for a personal tutor. I look forward to hearing from you soon, and to having the opportunity of helping your son or daughter fulfil their potential.
